We are looking to recruit an experienced Baker/Confectioner.
The role will involve producing a range of products such as cakes and breads as well as other delicatessens.
The role will include producing a high volume of confectionery from scratch for displaying instore, clean as you go, completing HACCP sheets and maintaining hygiene standards, taking and completing customer orders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in confectionery with the ability to produce a high volume of confectionery. The successful candidate will be reliable, a team player, and have a high standard of work. A good knowledge of English, or ability to achieve this rapidly, is required.
This is a full time position, working 5 days out of 7. The role includes early starts and some weekend work.
